Engine and MPG

The Ford Flex comes in 6 trim levels, from the SE FWD to the Limited with EcoBoost AWD. Standard across the board is a 3.5L V6 engine that sends 287 horsepower to the front wheels, with all-wheel drive as an option. EPA-mileage estimates are 16 mpg city and 23 mpg highway. The Limited offers you the option of a turbocharged 3.5L V6 that turns out 365 horsepower and is all-wheel drive only. EPA-mileage estimates are 15 mpg city and 21 mpg highway. All come with a six-speed, automatic transmission.
